The Beach - breaking into the F&F
Peregrin Posted Sep 6, 2000
*grabs a bottle at random in the dark and passes it to Bluebottle*
Here, taste this and tell me whether it's alcohol. If you turn into a slug and explode, then we're more likely to be in Crater Labs' basement.

Tastes like drumroll to me... What's drumroll doing in a bottle and not a barrel????

Peregrin Posted Sep 6, 2000
Ah good, he hasn't turned into something really weird.
Or, at least, anything weirder.
*takes a swig*
Mmmm, this was worth all the tunnelling and crawling through sewer pipes for.
Mind you, it's a bit pointless seeing as we could have just walked into the pub, is not as if we have to pay normally or anything.

I know, but it had to be done! Imagine, now you can include this tunnel in the Halflife game
It was a challenge, and so we can now enjoy the reward before Menza unleashes the mysterious thingy onto us.

Yes, but what is it?
Shall we all go further inside the F&F.
*Grabs hold of the Battering Sheep and makes the whole a little wider*

Menza Posted Sep 6, 2000
Are you sure thats a good idea, we don't want to knock the place down.
The Beach - breaking into the F&F
Bluebottle Posted Sep 6, 2000
If the F&F could in any way be knocked down, I'm sure that the regulars would have found it by now. We're safe.
From the F&F, at least...

Am I really the only one who's hearing this strange, unusual, somewhat scary sound??
Hey what's this?
*picks something up*
Uhmm.... It might just be my wild imagination run amok, but does this look like a piece of vertebra?

Peregrin Posted Sep 7, 2000
Er... why didn't anyone mention the mysterious thingy before I joined this project?
*takes a bottle of cider, deciding that he'd rather face the mysterious thingy inebriated*

Bluebottle Posted Sep 7, 2000
What do you mean "why didn't anyone mention this mysterious thingy"? It's been all Menza's been talking about.
Apparently, it's worse than Kitty, whereever Kitty is...
The Beach - breaking into the F&F
PhilFogg Posted Sep 7, 2000
I think the point's been made before, but I don't think anyone can imagine anything worse than Kitty...
Whatever Kitty may be....
*takes bottle from Peregrin*
Come to think of it, you have a point though.

Well don't say I didn't warn you
*loud scraping sound heard from a near by room*
