The highlight of the Water Games. Each team is given an empty bread roll. They then have to run with this bread roll to a barbecue on the beach, where sausages are frying. You then have to put a sausage in the bun and run to the next barbecue, where onions are frying. Put the onions in the bun and run towards me, where I have the only bottles of ketchup, brown sauce and mustard – only I'll be running away. The first team to complete their and eat it wins!

*fires up kelly kettle and starts boiling water, clears up barbeques and disposes of rubbish. Lights barbeques and goes back to kelly kettle to scrub grills. When they are sparkly clean puts them back on barbeques. Scrubs hands and nails, washes charcoal smudges off face, checks every thing is fire safe and pegs it to the start with fresh rolls and spread, prepares two rolls, runs back to barbeque

sits down makes self rolls cigerette and enjoys the view*

*pus a vege sausage on one section and meaty sausage on other, runs to other barbeque puts on onions, runs back to sausages, when they are suitably chargrilled puts them in rolls, puts out barbeque and runs to onions, dollops onions on rolls, puts out barbeque and to BB for sauce
