I'm a bit concerned that this game of just a minute has been going on for nearly a week now and the bell still hasn't rung - do we actually have a time keeper or are we playing the game in "pub time"?
...also, only one entry was on subject but then I'm guilty of deviation too ...
*waits expecting to be buzzed*

I didn't repaet Buzz, young lady.
AS KW: You see they should never have let ladies of the opposite gender unto this show, I told you this would hapen, but would they listen nooooo. I came all the way from Great Portman street and am confronted by such irrational, illogical parambulations of the english language as to make me howl with derision.

DD (as KW) was talking when the bell went and gets the 10 points. You now have a minute (or week ) to talk on the subject of "Plastic glasses for students - what's that all about then?"

KW: Did you see that Nicholas she blew in my ear. She's out to get me you know. She doesn't appreciate the feminine side of me. SHe's cheating she is, bending the rules, using her wiles on me, it'll have no effect though, NO!!! I shall fight her on the beaches, I shall fight her in Hyde Park. See the medals they were won in time of cowardice I tell you.
NP:Peter Jones
PJ: If Kenneth says she will have no effect on him, how come he's complaining so much.
NP: I have no idea Peter but you have the subject.

I remember the very first drink I had from a plastic glass, back in the old student bar at Aston, and very good it was too
It can't have been that good if you remember it
NP: So your complaining about a lack of repetition then?

You must be thinking of the post-booze curry repeating on you...

When you find the Barman let me know - Although why I should bother I don't know, I'm sure he's some longhaired version of a loofah with the concentration span of an apple seed - but there's a Dragon in the Snug and it's eating my crisps ....

It's a student bar - I thought service was always appalling in these places. Or is mine the only college to have a student-run bar shut down because the (student) bar staff had what you might describe as a 'self-service' mentality?..

Ah, that would always cause a problem.
