I'd like to join, this campaign is a truly worthy cause. I would claim to be the first presidential candidate to support this cause, except that I'm not.
Now that my eyes have been opened to this truly awful modern-day slave labour, I have decided to liberate all hammers and nails in my house. I have therefore built a small house, with ajoining oil-based swimming pool, for our hammer; and am in the process of gently prising out all nails in the house and enrolling them on a rehabilitation course. They should be as good as new, and truly happy in their new lives, within a couple of days.

*pretends not to notice the ripping noise and continiues clapping madly*
*rushes off excitedly to add Peregrin to the list*

I may need to join, I've suffered two years of Technical teachers forcing us to hammer nails into wood. I was never any good, and those poor, broken nails had to be thrown into the scrap-metal bin, never to be seen again...
P.S. Here's a mouse for Skrak <:3)~ and another mouse ~(E:>

There's a bloke across the road from me who seems to be hitting something with a hammer almost every day. True, he's building an extension to his house, but that's no excuse for giving a hammer concussion repeatedly.
I may have to take action. Serious action.

I just hope the nails will enjoy the extension just as much as he does.

I wonder if roofing tiles ever get vertigo? Or drainpipes for that matter.
And what happens to vertically challenged ladders? I hope they get disability benefit.

Aurora Posted Jul 12, 2000
Tiles who get Vertigo usually wait until gales to fall down, so they have an excuse.

It certainly is! It may even be true- if there is a God. And that God-character-person hasn't yet replied to me once to discuss the matter... Humph!
So, Aurora, are you absolutely certain you want to join? Because if you don't it's too late now...

yay! I'm in the campaign!
I've never hit a nail. Any time I've tried I've missed due to rubbish co-ordination. I shall never try again.

OK, I think there are 15 Supporters, including me and you, IE. I did join you, didn't I Jen?
Small Furry, do you want to be a Supporter, then?
Maybe when we get to 20 Supporters, we'll have another party?
