You could always go for an ominous snicker if you can't pull of the full out cackle. You know, a little bit of the Montgomery Burns (from the Simpsons) "Heh heh heh... Excellent"

Well, that would work. But, if you absolutely want to do an evil laugh, try this method. Instead of starting with the letter 'B' (BwA-HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA), try the letter "M" (Mua-haHaHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA). If you still can't make it, I'd recommend the snicker approach. But sometimes the most insidious weapon is just a plain sinister leer.

*Leers to emphasize it. Somehow moves manequin and enters position*

No, it means you survived. This game was designed to get more and more ridiculously difficult the longer it went on. You were already in S.T.U.M.P.E.D., this was just a way to gauge how long all of us could withstand torture. After all, that's what a proper initiation is, right?
