[ The entryway door to the Atelier swings open and -- except for the slight creak of hinges -- there is no other sound as a black shadow slinks in, moving with deliberate agility toward the Bar. Once within the main chamber, there is enough light to transform the shadow into a humanoid figure.

It is a very large (one might say ‘man-sized’) feline (cat to some, puss to others). He is black of fur except for the slight silver of his mane and a small diamond-shaped patch of fur exposed by the open collar of his deep blue jerkin. He’s sporting a leather cap plumed by a bright red feather, carries a black walking cane with a silver wolf’s head knob, and wears leather buskin boots that are turned over at the thigh, just above the knees of his forest green breeches.

He seems to be a Good Fellow of sorts, as he tips his cap to you with a courtly flourish. ]

^ The door pulls open and a Large Gander waddles in, spitting ^

^ Looks around, neck snaking back-and-forth, head bobbing, taking in the (egg) lay(ing) of the land ^
