I've been away all too long, it seems. This place... Oh, this place was such a haven to me when I frequented HooToo over a decade ago. You folks had your doors open, a testament to the hospitality always ready, and you took me in...a stranger to these online BBS things. You taught me about netiquette, cautioned me to "never stretch a thread past the bounds of the screen," made me laugh, had me cry, and generally cultivated a friendship with me, despite the distance of hundreds--and even thousands--of miles of separation. You were a part of my world...and I have often grieved the loss of your light-hearted banter and your sage observations of Life, the Universe, and Everything. 
I'm back. Just wanted to let you know. I'm back... 
There won't be a jealous spouse demeaning me for having a conversation online. That ended on 7 Jan 2020. That doesn't mean I'm alone. After having blundered onto Second Life, another social venue online, with avatars in a massive 3D environment, I met someone. Her name is WilloBreeze. There--on SL--I go by the moniker of MathewKosse. We get along. So much so that we now cohabitate. And there is peace and laughter where there was once accusation and strife. I'll introduce you to her sometime soon. You'd like her; and I'm certain she'd like each of you.

I know she'd had her fill of health challenges, even at the time I departed. I'm so gladdened to hear she's still active out there.
