I'm a bit dull when it comes to cheese, as my favourite is a nice mature cheddar, or a truckle of lovely welsh cheese with garlicky stuff in it.

Just got some crackers with Cheshire and Double Gloucester. I don't often eat DG and it seems a bit waxy and bland. Cheshire is yummy, though.
