As the huge banquet and party at l'Hotel Chrome winds down, we find the Atelier recovering from a peculiar scandal involving the hijacking of the french maid-bot. Ampton is standing in for basic service while CLI re-commissions the cleaning bot to a new name and configuration. Midspring, now a registered researcher, drowses upside down from the valence and Violet begins to strain against the limits of her current pot.
