[not here either]
I tried explaining to someone that I keep mixing up the < . / > with the < / . > when trying to give out links - only I didn't add spaces inside the < and the > - and it turned into a link called 'with the' - leading nowhere of course!

{[caer csd] Good stuff, Amy! Hi UH!
Sol, I tackled my chest of drawers the other day and applied the Life Laundry principles and have loads of room in it now and two large bags to take to a couple of charity shops. My wardrobe is next
But I don't think I can apply the same thing to my books, CDs and DVDs were you aren't allowed to buy any more unless you clear out an old one. I might not read/listen to/watch them on a regular basis, but it would be like giving away old friends.}

Candi, I have just been able to find and listen to your mp3. I have heard some "Noise" artists in teh past. Great stuff that. Can't wait to hear your newer stuff.
I really need to get all my laundry either done or burnt. I have been trying to unpack for three months since my last move.. But I cannot bring myself to get it done.

[H] Old enough to have footprint on birth certificate. Like it could still be used for identification.
MR - We'll be needing new shelving for the library after our expansion.
On my way outside to plant iris. Have had them for 3 weeks. Hoping they're still alive.

*materialises in mid-air above the sofa having not been here for several weeks really* flies around in circles on the dragonFLYbot*
Don't panic! The good news is that we've found Lil . The bad news is that there's a bomb hidden somewhere in the Atelier .
*pats herself on the back mentally for resisting the temptation to do a Clousseau impression*
The bomb won't go off until Lil comes back into the building but we need to find it so that she can come home. I'm going to go back to the Posse to get more information. You may all panic now.
*sets off the alarms * presses the Orange Button to return to the Posse*

{[caer csd] A bomb? Don't panic! Don't panic!
We'd better organise a search!
*s off to the bedrooms to start checking, under beds, in beds, in cupboards, in drawers and any where else that bomb could be hidden*

Bee is on the list at <./>Development-smileys</.> . The Community Artists don't have any control over which smileys go on The List of Those to be Drawn but we have started making a collection of unsolicited smileys - the ones that "somehow appear on our hard drives but we're at a loss to explain how they get there." A bee might make an appearance there I suppose .

MR, Life Laundry was a programme on BBC last season, the website for the show is no longer active, apart from an application form for the new series. It's about having all the clutter cleared out of your home and life. According to the programme there are consultants in the US offering this service and the female presenter is American.
Basically, anything you haven't worn, used, listened to, looked out etc for a year is chucked out. I didn't watch the entire series, but the ones I did see where rather impressive. What you are not supposed to do is rush out and buy stuff to fill all the lovely spaces on shelves and in cupboards. }

I emptied the contents of hubby's shirt/t-shirt shelf out on the floor the otherday. Together we sorted out all the too small's and too worn and too 's and ended up with almost a full bin-bag (large black) for the Salvation Army. (They use the too-worn's to make rags.) And no, the poor boy is not running around naked because of it!
This weekend I've been eating apples. It was Farmer's Marked in Bergen, and the town was full of stands filled with fruit and home made products. Because of the warm and wet summer, the apples this year is simply wonderful! I didn't know that there were so many different sorts to choose from: Summerred, Vista Bella, Åkerø, Rød Prins, Inger Marie, Lobo, Quinte, Julyred and Discovery! And not to forget my favourit, Aroma! I also got to sample some new ones; Nanna, Siv, Eir and Idun.

Bee, can I have the too shirts?!! Or maybe UH would like them - then again I seem to remember he's into more subtle clothing now I use my own worn clothing as rags for cleaning...

[Munchkin, not technically here either I suppose]
Throw out stuff I haven't looked at in a year? Never! How else can I drunkenly force books on people if I've got rid of them?
