*io walks along, with a vague sense of foreboding, ominously peering towards the side of the path from which lil was snatched*

If that fissure leads to th F&F, there's probably a wormhole in it. Even in VR distance, The Crater that Lil's Atelier is in is pretty far from most places on h2g2. We border a secluded stretch of the Beach, the Majick Forest, and some mountains. But that does bring up an interesting question: how far through these catacombs could The Tentacle go? I've only met The Tentacle once or twice, and never got the chance to know it well. If The Tentacle can stretch all this way, then it could definitely be a source of great information.

*cafram rushes to peer into the fissure*

Lil!! Can you hear me?!

*the sound on lots and lots and lots of fast moving "legs" can be heard in the distance, but geting closer*

Oh, you weren't panicing. Where did Lil go? What is that sound of lots of feet? Why can I smell beer? Why have these sunglasses I've found gone pitch black? Why does that stalagmite look like Robert Rankin? And where does that fissure go? *Hyperventilates in the corner*

*gives Munchkin a paper bag*

I wish Kitty were here - I'd feel so much better having a great big lion by my side... *shivers*

I think Kitty must have gone on a big adventure - I haven't seen him around for ages.

*scurries off Styx's back and clambers over some rubble to look round the next corner*

Ah! There you are, Tentacle . Have you seen Kitty recently? But more importantly, can you show us where Lil and Springie are? And have you seen any bottles of around here?

I think Amy's idea is a good one. Check with this Tentacle chap first, if he/she is near by.

Now it's ok. It has a big hole in the bottom.

If the tentacle is over there and Lil disappeared over there, then something strange is going on. Or maybe Lil just wandered off - Zeppo does that sometimes.

*Upon the bag exploding Munchkin sits down suddenly, landing on a stalagmite replica of Sneezy of the Seven Dwarfs. He looks about meakly, clatters the coconuts together in a desultary manner and tries to refocus his eyes* Sorry about that chaps, I've just seen far too many Dr. Whos in caves. *Gives ish grin*
