Ok.... see, this is after a bunch of stuff about youth hostiles and the rules there and a few of them that some people went to and wrote about and stuff.............. Aaaaaaanyway....
Which is meant to mean something like "I think the youth hostile at Schluchsee is the best because I would like to improve my ice skating."
But I almost definitely screwed it up, and would rather have you people tell me what I did wrong instead of my German teacher because here I'll be able to find out why it was wrong, whereas on the phone I am too scared to say anything.

In my opinion the sentence is not wrong, but the part after the comma sounds a bit... I don't know if you can say it that way, but mybe that's just my impression.
it's the "mein Eislaufen" which doesn't really fit. But what's a better way to say it? Let me think...
Maybe something like: weil ich meine Fähigkeiten im Eislaufen verbessern möchte (because I want to improve my skills in ice skating)

Yes, you could also say that you were right in a wrong way if you like that better.
In Austria we whould say it sounds "böhmisch" (Bohemian), which means that it sounds a bit wrong or queer.

Oh my... I'm just finishing my plan, so I can only think of houses now.
But you certainly don't want to describe your house or something like that...

Kat, how about if you wrote down the recipe ( ingredients and how to do)of one of your favorite meals, then we'd all profit.

That's only because I find descriptions of houses so boring

Houses are great! (ok, writing a description of the own house is a bit boring)

One of my favourite foods is cheese on toast. It is quick and delicious.
You must buy bread and cheese and Worcester Sauce, or Marmite. If you do not know what Marmite is or do not like it then Worcester Sauce is the answer.
You should put two pieces of bread in the toast and cook for one-two minutes. Then spread Marmite on the toast if you are using it. Grate cheese onto the toast and add Worcester Sauce onto the cheese (if you haven't added Marmite).
Heat the grill to maximum and put the toast under the grill. Cook it until the cheese is melted.
Eat with a big mug of coffee
At least I HOPE that's what it says

Kat, that's great, delicious (well, if you like Marmite) and so easy to prepare. Do you want me to correct it ?

I do indeed want you to correct it and you could use Worcester sauce...unless you're vege, in which case I suppose you just go without...

Sehr gut!
Klingt interessant, ja.
Ich korrigiere es gerade. Oder soll ich nicht?
Very good!
Sounds interesting, yes.
I'm just correcting it. Or shouldn't I?
