Uns andere willst du nicht als Lehrer? Es würden dir sicher gerne auch andere helfen, nicht nur Thomas...
You don't want us as teachers? Others would certainly like to teach you, too, not only Thomas...

I think the German language is very clumsy compared to Arabic and Spanish.
Italian is also a very pretty language. But some of the Mid Eastern landuages like Swahili and Urdu are a bit more of a tonge twister.
Russian is also another time consuming language but my favourites are
the Native American Crow and Blackfoot lanuages also the Pawnee and the Lakota or Souix Indians.
French is supposed to be rated as the language of diplomacy and tact.
App'n ah'l just stick to ramblin' on in the old Lincolnshire dialect of the English language. Ta ta fer now, :0)T

was willst du uns damit jetzt sagen? Deutsch ist blöd?
Ich habe außer Englisch nur Französisch gelernt. Ich habe es nie verstanden.
What do you want to tell us with that? German is stupid?
Apart from English I only learned French. I never understood it.

Thanks for the correction friend, since it has been 65 or more yrs since I left a German POW camp named Stalag 4 B Muhlberg on Elbe My German is a bit rusty.
However in those Army days I spoke German and Arabic but now I am battling to remember my name. Duh! :0)

I did not say the German language was stupid,
However I did point out that the German language was clumsy.
and with respect I suggest you do not apply for a job as a (Dolmeture) Translater, because one can cause friction by making glaring mistakes like that. However have fun. :0)

Oh!
Ich weiß, was du gesagt hast. Ich habe nur einen Witz gemacht.
Aber was genau meinst du mit 'clumsy'?
I know what you said. I was only making a joke.
But what exactly do you mean with clumsy?

Dear Tom the Pomm,
What are you driving at? I mustn't become a translator?
Well, I do think that you are wrong..or must be kidding! What this world would turn into without us, translators?
Take care,
Bis bald,
Dasha-future translator
