You didn't do anything, 'Nonnie, I just wanted to send a snowball, and I couldn't think of anyone I wanted to maliciously splatter (well, I could, but Skeleton left, remember?) so I just picked somebody at random... sorry if it left you cold

I'm sorry you're upset Ma'am. We simply provide a service - it's nothing personal. We honour all requests and quite often the requests come in pairs - the original request and a reprisal request. Parties on the receiving end are quite free to make their own delivery requests.
