No, I don't think they are looking for us in particular, but this one's actions have brought us to their attention.

I've been listening in to the local police frequencies.

She just came barrelling in, to land her ship without permission, ignoring the planet's standard approach procedures.

That always upsets the local law.

I'm considering calling the police in here and turning her over as an intruder. Then we would probably be in the clear with them.

Certainly if they come in to arrest her, I'll do nothing to stop them.

She is going to be interviewed anyway, because they have impounded her ship. Ours, too.

So... we couldn't leave, even if we wanted to?

*looks at Lorelei in dislike*

(To Lorelei) The first thing I need to know is how you found out we were here. I don't remember you being involved when this was discussed.

You say you are padawan to Anoon? If you are serious about joining the Jedi Order, the first thing you need to lose is the chip on your shoulder regarding authority figures. By ignoring landing procedures here you have brought us to the attention of the Police. The war has made them very jumpy and you may have put our right to stay here in jeopardy.

As to why Anoon is not here with Annat jnr. That is, frankly, none of your business. All you need to know is that the child is here under my protection, with Anoon's agreement, and that I will defend him with my life.

I am not convinced that your presence here is in the child's interest. I am sure Anoon would have informed me if you were coming with her blessing.

So we now have two options, both of which involve your leaving.

I could, as I said previously, hand you over to the Police as an intruder. I am not keen to do this as they would then know that I was aware of their presence out there, which might arouse further suspicion.

Alternatively you could walk out of here and allow yourself to be "picked up" by their surveillance team. That way you would probably only be interrogated about your illegal entry.

The choice is yours.

*nods to Ancha and watches lorelei*

*sighs and watches as her weapons are locked away*
