Ancha's Base

A small farmstead in the low hills, 120km southwest of Erianna, it was once the property of his grandparents and was willed to Ander (Ancha) when they passed away. Formerly a holiday home away from the city, Ancha has spent many happy days there.
The small house comprises only two rooms: a living/kitchen area, and a sleeping area with personal facilities. There is an attic above and a cellar below. Also included are two small outbuildings, one of which has been fitted out as a workshop, and an area of pastureland, 200m square, surrounding the buildings.
The nearest neighbours are over 5km to the west.

*Comm panel bleeps and a domestic droid answers it.*
/\/This is Ander. I will be arriving shortly with three guests, one male, one young female and one infant.
Prepare the accomodation for this party. The female will have the sleeping space. Prepare the cellar for the male, the infant and myself.
Ensure there are sufficient suitable provisions for a long stay.
Ensure security perimeter is set.
Message ends. \/\

Yes. It was my grandparents' summer holiday home. They left it to me when they died.
