*Drops the arrow he is trying to fit into his crossbow. Reaches down and picks it up, pricking his finger in the process. Drops the arrow again.*

Ow!

*sucks finger for a moment, then swats at the damn bat, then reaches for the arrow again.*

*Affy draws a card. He can't use it, unfortunately*

You're right. Titania *has* been gone for a while....

*and queue*

*suddenly Gandalf stops and twitches his ears, nostrils flaring*

*Ti hastily reaches inside her shirt and pulls out the blue pearl that is getting a bit too warm for comfort*

*hastily picks three arrows with different colours, bow at the ready*

I'm sure Titania will call out if she needs us. I'm pretty sure, anyway.

*sends signals to Gandalf that he should back off slowly, in the general direction of the camp*

*hoping that the whatever-it-is will not charge for a while yet but instead follow her and Gandalf*

*While he is trying to reload, something falls out of his pocket, unnoticed. It appears to be something he picked up in the raid on the salonista's camp. A close look would reveal it to be the ace of spanners.*

*aims her carameliser, still set on 'freeze' and sends another blast towards Red Shirt*

Lets hope this sorts the blighter out.

*hearing all the screaming and disorder in the main room, Lil sets the nanogun to BROKEN GLASS and decides to charge*

HIIYAAAAA! *she actually knocks the red-shirted gobold down as she races past it and down the tunnel to the entrance of the room where she fires a spray of shards*

*Shoots Red-Shirt at point blank, reloads, and follows Lil into the fray.*

He picks one up and drops at Lil's feet, sees she's too busy to play, gets another stick and drops it at GDZ's feet, sees his too busy to play, so gets another stick and drops it at a nearby cobold's feet, sees he is too busy wiping his head to play, gets another stick... */

*sees Amy patrolling in sky and nods*
*conferring remotely with rat-ants*

*scampers uphill then casting around*
sniff sniff sniff

*finding airhole to gobold chamber* Feh!
*jumping down to pulley and looking around*

*jumping down to top of cage then climbing down side*
*untying door from outside of cage*

*red eyes glow*
Amos makes gobolds crazy heh heh heh

*Takes aim at the king gobold and fires, reloads and targets another gobold without checking to see if he hit the king or not.*

*also aims a freezing jet at the king and any gobolds in her vicinty*

Don't worry Amos, Garius' Gang and Affy's Angels (well some of them) are here!

*Caerwyns freezing blast hit Red in the left side, causing him to drop his crossbow and quiver of arrows. When Lil brushes past him and knocks him down, he manages to fall on his quiver and is punctured in several places by his own arrows. Zomnker's arrow finds its mark and puts him out of his misery. As he dies, he says:*

Should have...listened...to...mom.

*Someone asks:*
What did your mom say?

*Red replies:*
Don't know....wasn't....listening

*Red expires*

*kicks dead Red.*

*GL pushes a button on his wolf's head cane and a blade snaps out of the end. GL charges into the main room and begins fighting the Gobolds.

In the main room, the Gobolds are finding it difficult to move around with all of the glass shards scattered on the ground. Mostly they say "ow" and hop on one foot, then say "ow" again and try to hop on the other foot, which prompts another "ow", etc.

At the first sign of attack, the Gobold King jumped up from his throne and turned towards the door behind it. Zomnker's arrow caught him as he turned, hitting his torc and knocking him down, but otherwise not harming him. Caer's freezing blast hit his, er, behind, effectively disabling his legs. He is now using his arms to pull himself towards the door behind the throne.*

*sets the nanogun to SILLY STRING and starts shooting it at the nearest two gobolds*

*About 12 Gobolds have managed to gather together on one side of the cavern. They have loaded their crossbows and are preparing to charge. Since the salonistas are spread out fighting as individuals, the Gobolds plan to take them one at a time. They choose Zomnker and charge towards him.

One of the 12 is tripped by a writhing mass composed of two Gobolds encased in string.

GL sees the charge, but is too far away to get in front of it.*

ZOMNKER, LOOK OUT!

*GL throws his cane like a spear and manages to get one of the charging Gobolds. This leaves 10 attacking Zomnker. GL runs towards Zomnker to help, but the Gobolds will get there first.*

*sees a group of gobolds attempting to rush her, sets the gas level to 'max' and attempts to build an ice wall between her and the gobolds, or at least encasing some of them in ice*

*Yanks on of the canisters off his war harness, throws it in the direction of the onrushing gobolds, and hits the floor covering his eyes. After a couple of seconds the canister explodes stunning the gobolds.*

Got ya!

*Retreats a few steps, looks around, sees the king gobold dragging himself along, grabs another canister and lobs it at the king.*
