let us hope that our reports were accurate,
I would hate for this to be some sort of bluff we leave the city baron of any defences but we must go forth for we cannot continue to ignore our foe, nor are we capiable of defending our home from within its walls

*strides along with the front group, his fingertips drumming a marchbeat on one of his swords' hilts*

If it is, indeed, a ruse, those who remain in the city should be able to defend it until our return.

*Sarah noddes at his point.*
"Lets just hope that it doesnt come down to that though."

Indeed. If it does, then the city will be something of a sitting duck... Did we leave a standing guard behind at the city?

that's why the citizens were evacuated I don't want to have to take our own city back, so lets make this count...

He..." *Ecg fights to catch his breath as he is caught between reaching second wind and the sheer excitement of running into his old friend and colleague (who he looks a bit up to) again. *pant*

"...dabbled in a little naturalism in between periods of raiding but has retired from pirating."

*He gestures towards the small cart.*

1"I brought some extra weapons and armor I'd been making out in the necropolis with essence of soul-eater remains for the past month... or several weeks is it? Yes. I had to teach myself some basic alchemy crudely and in a rudimentary way. I really wish our old teacher hadn't kicked the bucket."

*Ecg slaps his forehead, places his head down and scowls*
"[I]... still feel a bit responsible in reguards to that. Damn it!"

*He intentionally hits his head on the side of the cart several times for emphasis.*

"If I'd just had..." Grr... "a bit more experience and stressed her out a little. God's Beard!" }sigh{

we have had reports that yurick masses a force against us
and we must retake the outpost to regain contact with the Elves and some of the Dwarven nations also...
*sigh*
and trade.... and... a lot of political reasons...
but mostly because if we don't then at some point or another they will move to squash Imeredin under there foot...
now I like humans really i do, but you ask a lot of questions...
