*The Ferry is stationed here for the moment*

*Pesh waits by the side then takes off the streach of water... he flys quite low as not to be spotted*

*Tiamat boards the ferry*

*Curmanis rides up to the ferry, and goes up the ramp onto the ferry*

*jumps off horse*

Tiamat, do you wish to learn an offensive spell?

sure, I guess

*Polonius rides his horse onto the ferry and watches Curmanis, also wanting to learn the spell*

*Patricia runs to the dock, she stops and casts an illusion spell on herself, confusing anyone looking at her, she watches Polonius on the ferry*

Oh Polo

*is suddenly very confused*

[Polonius] Ferryman, I'm suddenly very confused. Is this not the ferry to Yurik?

[Ferryman] I'm no longer sure of that myself, sir.

*suddenly becomes confused*

What spell was I going to teach you? I can't remember.

I'm not sure, perhaps some sort of stunning spell?

I don't know. I'll teach you a stunning spell anyway, how about that?

Firstly you picture the thing you want to be stunned, we'll start with my horse. Picture it in your mind, then begin to believe that it has stopped moving. Then, let your magic flow through your body.

*Patricia walks unseen onto the ferry and places a ring on Polo's seat, it is a wedding band, inscribed inside are the words "No magic shall part Patty & Polo", she hurries off and watches fron the shore*

*Closes his eyes, imagines the horse in his mind, slowly raises his hand and imagines the horse stopping, believing that it will happen*

*clops horse onto ferry*

*as his head clears, Polonius looks down and sees a gold ring on a seat. Dismounting, he picks up the ring and examines it*

[Polonius] Ferryman, do you know a woman named Patty living in the area? It is very important!

[Ferryman] I believe there is a woman by that name living in a small house here.

[Polonius] That is very, very interesting. *to others* I will not be able to return with you after securing the Yurik base, something of great importance has come up.

*The horse slows down, then stops moving, but the horses eyes keep moving*

That is good, you have managed to stop the horses movments, which is enough for your level. When your magic gets stronger you should be able to freeze even the creatures mind, if they have a weak enough will.

*the ferry begins to move slowly down the river*

*Patricia drops the illusion spell so she can be see*
