*there is a drawbridge leading across from one side of the river to the entrance into Oane. It is guarded by merpeople and archers.*

*a soldier on a horse rides frantically up to the drawbridge*

[soldier] Open up in the name of Imardin! I need to speak to the Captain here, on a matter of urgency!

[guard] Come in, what's happened? *lowers the drawbridge*

[soldier] *comes in and gets off horse* On their way to Kalsho some Magicians got attacked by Orcs, one got away...it's feared that they will attack again, or perhaps attack one of these other outposts...

[guard] You need to talk to the captain!

*the soldier leaves quickly for the commanders office*

*Byzantia lands on the drawbridge*

Ho within, Open up it's Lady Shaylar Kareen

*Guard looks out of the gate's peephole*

Welcome back M'lady

*Opens gate*

*Rides out of the gate waving to the guards, Byzantia gallops down the drawbridge then flys up into the air*

*the horse stops suddenly once inside the gate and Syian jumps off and begins running towards the river*

*Lumien watches and begins to run after her*

*Polonius rides up to the gate*

Guard! Which way to the ferry dock?

*the Guard points at a sign on the wall
indicating that the Ferry Dock is that way -->*

*Pesh is still following Polonius*

*Rides up to the front gate*

*Curmanis arrives at the front gate, following Polonius*

Since we're here, if anyone has any last-minute business, now's the time to do it. Once we reach Yurik, we will be far from friendly territory.

Are we going to take the ferry all the way to Outpost Yurick, because if we are, wouldn't that be a bit dangerous, and we would lose the element of suprise, would we not?

*A woman passes the group, she spots a member of the group and stands routed to the spot staring in disbelief*

*The woman pulls herself together and hurries off on her way*

*heads towards docks*

*stares in disbelief at the retreating woman*
