I see. What sort of spells do you use then? The only type I've seen so far are massive elemental blasts and the sort of enchantments I use

I have to go, the king is dead, the council should meeting...

~~~Lans, find your way into the underground tunnels near the king's palace...we are fighting a dark mage there, a powerful one, and need your skills. Bring extra weapons, anything you can find that might help...hurry!~~~

*drops from training and quickly runs out of the chamber, feet padding down the corridor*

*enters and stops.*


*puts weapons to one side then moves over to weapons rack*

*shuts eyes and breathes then opensthem and picks up two short sword*

*begins to practice swinging two blades*

*walks in and watches for a while*
You done much two-weapon fighting? 'Cos I've been looking for someone to spar against.

*looks* No I've just stuck with the one though it doesn't feel much different.

It's not. It all comes down to co-ordination, otherwise you'll end up with a sowrd in each hand but only using one at a time. Still, if you ever want a duel I'll be happy to oblige!

~~All magicians prepare for a dragon attack... this is urgent~~

*goes to a store cupboard and takes out some crossbow bolts then leaves*

*The high Lord rushes in and grabs his 2 weapons he was making and another one, a bow that was already in development...but took a long time to make. He grabbed the arrows out of hte forge and places them in a quiver.*


*He places his 2 new katanas in sheaths against his back.*


*He puts his 2 old long swords in sheaths next to his hip.*


*He leaves for his chambers.*

*grabs crossbow and leaves*

*walks in and returns most of the crossbow bolts to the stores*
