*in this wing of the Guild building, there are large rooms stacked high with book on all classes of magic, each sorted by rank and class.*

*the rooms all have magical charms cast on them so only people of certain ranks may enter. Rooms with more advanced and dangerous spells are off-limits to Magicians of lower levels: Apprentices can only go in rooms up to Novice level, Novices up to Adepts, Adepts up to Elders and Elders to the High Council level. There are also sections, however, available only to the High Council and above.*

*Necromancy rooms are only open to Necromancy students...Magicians of other classes, unless they are in the High Council, may not enter these rooms. This is due to the suspicious nature of this class: it is felt that students should not be allowed to study Necromancy without proper tutoring.*

*Lumien walks in, with a determined look on her face, her way illuminated by a globe of light. She gathers several books from the Healing section, takes them to a table, and sits down. An The first book she opens is titled "Magical acceleration of diseases."*

I wonder...

*Eventually, Lumien's lack of sleep catches up with her. Her eyelids grow heavy, and she falls asleep on the book.*

*The High Lord emerges from the doorway, he sees Lady Lumien asleep on some books.*

*Whispers*

Poor child, she has taken great interest in learning the ways of healing. Maybe these will help.

*The High Lord places two books next to where her head is. These books contain ancient knowledge of magic used a long time ago. They are not able to be found in the Guild Library, that's why its in a locked Closet in the High Council Chambers.*

*A few hours later, Lumien opens her eyes. It takes a second for her to focus, and a few more to understand what she saw: two ancient-looking books sitting right in front of her face. She yawns and stretches.*

Hmm...I don't remember seeing these before.

*She picks up the one on top, and opens it to the first page.*
