h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

*Lumien silently stalks toward the noise of battle. Her point of entry to the tunnels puts her behind Elandra and Lycan.*

Elandra! Hang on! </>

*She casts a shield around Elandra so she can walk out of the fire and ice unharmed.*

*takesadvantage of the distraction by disappearing down a tunnel.

Heholds his hand over a crossbow dart and it slowly sparks*

*laughs*
come on drow,
are you too much a dog to speak,
*sings her sword as well as she can...*

*arrives at the fight scene and draws his katana*

*rounds and corner and runs faster, feet making fast but light sploshing sounds*

*rounds another corner after a few moments*

*holds hand over three more darts that rest inalineonthediagonalbestacross his chest*

*they glow and spark*

*the mage drow thingy turns after hering the noise thats being made and sees several people, blocks Alicias strike and stabs her,*
*alicia backa away from the drow, but not fast enough to advoid getting hurt,*

*the drow turns its attention to the others*

Lady Elandra! Hurry! </>

*Mentally runs through her list of spells, trying to think of one that would stop this drow. Remembers that they are light sensitive.*

*circles in towards the drow staying just out of its range so that he will have some warning before it tries to strike*

*the drow advances meniceingly on Lumien*

*slashes at the drow while it is advancing going for it's sword arm to try and disable it*

~Thoran

*Lumien is quickly running out of options.*

~~~Everyone close your eyes!~~~

*Attempting to hold the shield around Elandra with one hand, Lumien casts blinding light with the other.*

*Lans takes the opporunity and swings around a final corner and fire the crossbow directly at the drow's head.

Sparks flying from the end.*

*the drow turns away dazed by the light*

*the drow is hit and therefore dies*

*uses the drow's shadow so he isn't blinded and changes his blow for one heading towards it's legs*

*Takes the little extra time given to her to expand the shield around Elandra, making a tiny path. She finally realizes that Elandra is under an immobilization spell, and manages to pull her out of the fire herself.*
