h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

*Thoran descends into the tunnels holding modified crossbows in each hand and glancing around looking for any movement*

~Thoran

~~Good, Thoran, you're here. I'm trying to get to the drow to get rid of this damned illusion, but I'm meeting some pretty heavy resistance. Come up to me and just slash madly until you connect with something and then kill it. I"ll try and get this illusion down so you can all see~~

*contiunes fighting*

*sends some more instructions of where to attack to Vlain and Isca*

*begins to move foreward again, slashing her way*

~~~I've had some experience blind fighting before so I'll be ok till you get the illusion down~~~
*quickly notes where his allies are then closes his eyes and fires 10 bolts from his crossbows in quick succession to try and locate any targets but not close enough to his allies to hit them if they were to move suddenly*


~Thoran

*Isca moves forward towards where Aaliya indicated probing with her dagger and ready to stab with her stiletto*

*Claws rake across Isca's dagger-arm, tearing the clothing.*

*slashes a goblin, who falls foreward dead, as she continues on hger way foreward*

*Isca grimaces in pain then slashes with her dagger catching the goblin a glancing blow. Now she knows where it is she stabs it savagely with her stiletto then moves forward as it collapses, pausing only to slit its throat*

*A previously missed goblin attempts a flanking attack on Vlain.*

*Thoran draws his katana and moves forward to provide the others with cover, listening more than looking to try and locate any enemies*

~Thoran

*sees the previously missed goblin out of the gorner of her eye*

*throws a dagger, that hits perfectly in the throat... and the goblin falls down dead*

*retrives dagger from the dead goblin and then continues on her previous course*

< Sorry, thought you were controlling the drow!>

*A crossbow bold scythes out of the darkness for Aalia's throat. Just as it is fired, the illusion drops for a split second and hundreds of goblins can be seen surrounding the four magicians.*

*looks quite calm about the whole thing*

hmm.. this could be a little trickier than i'd thought...
