3, anything divisible by three or anything with a three in it (like 13 or 31) are fizz - 3, anything divisible by five or anything with a five in it (like 52 or 151) are fizz - simple.

(Aside: when I was a kid we used to play a similar game here, but it was called 'seven-boom', because you replaced anything divisable by seven or that had seven in it with 'boom'. My cynical generation have of course invented a new version, 'bus-boom', where the numbers you need to 'boom' are those of bus lines that had had suicide bombings in them *shrug*)
