I've decided to make some blankets for my nephews christmas' this year
so I'm off down to preston today to get some fabric

I couldn't knit to save my life

the patchwork type so sewing rather than knitting
I cant knit eather

sewing/knitting/crochet not a man's job

well I would argue with you but evenings of stiching socks would make it a moot point anyway,
I think its something to do with men not having enough dexterity in there fingers

I have a ironing board and ironson uses them - I don'tand rarely have

well I don't really iron eather,
the mother in law does our ironing
I simply cannot find the time of day
that and I think she has our iron as hers broke the other day

why iron, when the clothes get creased 10 minutes after putting them on

and to be honest a lot of things really don't need ironing
no-one has ever seriously injured themselves on un-ironed sheets

half the clothes now etc are made with non creasing materials anyway

exactly, teflon coated trousers and everything else

poor silk worms will be crying out for work

perhaps they will be glad of the brake

and the moths don't like modern materials

well you can always keep some natural fabrics around Just for the moths
