Well, yeah, but how do I know that you're not lying? Poeple have told me you spread deciet and hate, how do I know you are not lying to me?

*taps a code into his wrist comm*
*Two YVH's enter, open the Ysalimari holding pens, and remove the fuzzy orange lizzards, as they leave, the Force re-enters Cell 9*
Scan me now, if you wish. The jedi bend the truth to fit their needs, in the process, turning the truth into lies. We do not spread hatred and deciet, we spread the liberating truth obout being true to one's emotions. Truthfulnes to one's emotions breeds truthfulnes to one's self, and that breeds a society of better balanced people.
I myself rarely feel anger, hatred, or any of the emotions the jedi condemn as evil, but my willingnes to embrace those emotions makes more human, more true to myself, and thus more true with the Force. We wouldn't feel these emotions unless they were needed by us, after all, we don't have tails any more, and we don't have them, because we don't need them.

Cat-Eyes: No..... why.... ? Posted Jan 23, 2004
It would be feutile me scanning you, you are so much more powerful than me that if you wished to hide your deciet it would only be so easy. I also, do not fully know what the supposed deciet of the darkside feels like, how would I know what I would be feeling is what it is?
Yet you do present a good argument... Shutting off all anger feels somewhat unnatural at times, For instance, how can we grow if we do not know what others feel of us?
< *goes into the philosophical stuff everyone always talks in when they're on the Jedi Academy* >
But what of freindship? The Jedi seem to promote it, yet they say you are the opposite, so you would seem, therefore, to have no friendship within the Sith, no compassion for each other...
Cell 9
His Divine Shadow: ACE, Shi Alyt Posted Jan 23, 2004
But the jedi also limit the extent of frienship. It is all well and good to look up to your master, help them in their time of need, and go to the bar for a round or two afterwards, but after that it is business as ussual, the business being, do as you are told.
Believe it or not, Master Eversor and I actually joke! I know that it seems very much far fetched, the Dark Lord of the Sith and his Dark Apprentice joking, but we do. We of the sith do promote friend ship, we also promote mariage, like every other race and society in this galaxy, we believe in the union of man and woman, or however a given species does it. But for the jedi?!
Heaven forbid you should feel anything more than vauge concern for your fellow sentient, because its the path to the dark side! Ha! Love? On the path to the dark side?
You will have better, deeper friendships amungst the sith than you will with the jedi. They may seem a friendlier sort, but that's because they have brainwashed the Republic and almost everyone in the galaxy to believe that they are right, and we are wrong, and they did it, because they got there first.

Cat-Eyes: No..... why.... ? Posted Jan 23, 2004
Well, yeah, I guess... They didn't seem very open to jokes, myself an another padawan, Eland, once discussed having a duel in their Meditation room, which is a lot more of a bar than a room for meditation, and our Master of the time didn't seem very happy about it...
And, I guess relationships were the first thing life was intended to do, make more lives. So I guess that's a good thing, and it's natural to love...
So the Sith would have promoted all that the Jedi did? Instead of The Emperor and Lord Vader spreading hate and distrust and ruling be fear? Or were they darksiders and this is the Sith? What is the differnce? Do you do what The Emporer did? I could not follow a person who ruled over his people by making them fear him, by killing off the ones who do not obey...
< wow, she's actually making up her mind on something... >

*Gets closer to exhaustion with every message she sends all the way to Yavin (and Corellia, but that's *hopefully* closer cause she's sent there twice, and anyways, that''s contrbuting to the exhaustion too) *
Niax, where are we going? Surely we must be headed somewhere?
Where is the other, the more powerful Sith. I believe you called him Master Eversor, where is he? What of the other Sith who came on a different ship?

*gives her a knowing look*
we are someplace very cold
Anyway The Emperor, Darth Vader, Darth Maul, Darth Tyranus, Darth Sidious, all very bad eggs. Neither Master Eversor nor I have yet devised a plan to try and take over even a small portion of a stellar system, much less the whole galaxy. I have no problems with this republic, I have problems with the hidden hand of the jedi controling their every move.
Master Eversor is somewhere around here, probably watching a vid or having a drink, or both. Although he could be shooting pool. I'm not his mother's keeper anyway, he's his own man, he can manage himself I'm sure.

*shrinks under the look, but then stands her ground*
~~Master Puppet, we are someplace very cold. I do not know where~~
If they're only bad eggs, why do none of the other sith ever try to combat them to make them good eggs again?
*suddenly remembers the republic*
You believe in the new Republic? You do not have problems with it? I was always told the Sith were enemies of the Republic, and they fought them with whatever strength they had. Or were these just the bad eggs of which you speak? The old empire?
At least he is not meditating...

*Niax takes the sarcasm in stride, even seems to chuckle to himself at it.*
It is indeed the bad eggs that are so anti-republic, anti-any-government-not-them.
Master Eversor and I don't believe in the republic, we don't believe in the empire, we don't believe or disbelieve in any government. We don't care who has what power or why so long as they don't seek to control us. We don't like being lumped together into a group and controled because we are different or special, we just want to do our own thing. That is why Master Eversor and I haven't exactly been on the evening news, because we don't have any grand plans of conquest, we just want to live our lives.
*gives her a sly look*
if your master must know, we are on Hoth, just remind him to bring the other artifact
