Hiya,
I'm afraid I didn't appreciatge that bagel last night as much as I should have - nightmares were terrible. I have more time tonight, so can I have a hot choccy with a little whipped cream. No bagel though, instead I'll try one of those little toffee doughnuts. If I ask for another, tell me know.
*laisy's eyes stare at the doughnuts*

Oh hi, you must be Ook. Where is everyone?
What was that?
You want a banana? Ok here you are. Don't tell any one I did that.

Evening laisy, sorry to hear that the bagel wasn't good for you.
We have never had any complaints before. What sort of nightmares?
*passes hot chocolate with whipped cream and toffee doughnut across the counter*

*stops by for anticoffee, its real late and she should be in bed*
Greebo, you need to share the donuts. I know you could eat them all, but other people need donuts too!
Its nice to see someone who actually can tell what their HUD contains, Redbeard

*laisy rushes back into Aroma cafe with 2 bananas stolen from a small marmoset that frequents a neighboring cafe
Ook! Here you go.
Oh hi Babel-17, *looks at steaming hot choccy* is that for me? How did you know I was coming in?
Do you mind if I sit over by that window seat? I was supposed to meet my friend Slarty here last night, but we got lost. I'm hoping he/she will turn up this morning.
Nightmares? Ooh, all I recall is hampsters this time. I think I am trying out all rodents in my dreams but they just don't mix...
So you been busy tonight?

Babel17 Posted May 20, 2000
Nope, one bowl of milk and one hot chocolate so far.
I only came on a couple of hours ago.
Slarty never turned up by the looks of it.
Hamsters eh? Bizzare I had a nightmare too, but I cannot for the life of me remember it just now.
C'est la vie!
how was your day?
Caretaker Counter Part 3
laisy Posted May 20, 2000
Well I spend every daytime sleeping, these bright lights are just too much for me. So now, well I'm tired again so I'll finish my hot choccy and have a snooze in the corner.
Tell me, do I have to pay for anything in here? Did I leave without paying last night? However I don't see a cash register anywhere. Have I still to get the hang of this place?
*zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz*

Hate to tell you Slarty, but she is out for the count! (currently not logged)
As for Irish coffee, unfortunately the owner does not have a licence to serve alcohol (it would conflict with the pubs here, ie the Forum & Firkin). However it has been known in the past to turn a blind eye to the addidtion of alcohol to coffee for 'medicinal' purposes.
I would need to contact the owner with regard to serving I.C's, as occassionaly I do like one myself, but with Amaretto instead of whisky.

Oh, that was humour was it, Grrrrr... Always making fun of little teddy bears, it's my lot in life to be made fun of, oh well, at least if everyone is making fun of me, they are leaving everyone else alone.
