How come it tastes so good?
Coffee: Making the World Turn (anticlockwise)
Bluebottle Posted May 3, 2000
Because it's served by a Honky Tonk woman?

I already have as much menagerie as I can handle. One horse, one sloth, one nephew and some very strange very friends.
May I have green tea please?
Coffee: Making the World Turn (anticlockwise)
Penguin Girl - returned at last Posted May 3, 2000
Could I also have green tea? No wait.
*thinks of grean tea*
*burns throat trying to drink*

Ooooh goodie!
I apologise deeply and sincerely for my absence. I have been studying the effects of the environment on nuclear wastes. I have discovered that nuclear wastes can be severely harmed by contact with the environment, and intend to pursue my investigation further.
Toast anyone?
Coffee: Making the World Turn (anticlockwise)
Irving Washington - Gone Writing Posted May 3, 2000
Sure! I'll take some!

Penguin Girl - returned at last Posted May 3, 2000
Could you toast my bagel?
Coffee: Making the World Turn (anticlockwise)
Roasted Amoeba Posted May 3, 2000
Certainly...
Here's your toast, Irving. Slightly burnt on one side due to me not having toasted anything for quite a while, but nevertheless very eatable.
Bagels... hmmm.... *refers to Tibetan Cookbook*
Ah. I see... "lightly grill on both sides while waving a piece of cheese about". Shouldn't be too difficult...
*sound of cheese being waved about*
Here you go, Penguin Girl...

Penguin Girl - returned at last Posted May 3, 2000
Thank you.
What is the sound of one hand clapping?
What is the sound of cheese waving about? That's what I want to know.

Yes...wow. Hullo Irving BTW.

Roasted Amoeba Posted May 4, 2000
Tell me if you like the toast. I'm a bit out of practice...
Coffee: Making the World Turn (anticlockwise)
Roasted Amoeba Posted May 4, 2000
Ah well, practice and a little bit of cheese makes perfect, as my mother never said.
