Irving Washington has a great beard... however, his IRL alter ego has sporadic growth at best.

vanilla & hazelnut Italian cream coda, please...

Dr. John, I'm sorry you can't be here to enjoy the sight. Everything is quiet cos it's night, but at 7 am tomorrow the private aircraft will start coming in, one after the other. The armed forces had their little rehearsal today, as I described, and the B-24 flew around once, but went back to Polk City where it lives. Imagine having your own Liberator, when there are only TWO in the whole world! Anyway, after what happened to him last year, the owner won't be taking any chances this time.

On Sunday we expect a gang of P-51's to come in -- the Mustang Stampede. Oh, Sunday will be incredible. I hope nothing falls on my house. The odds get shorter each year, statistically.

I've bet my friend, Ed Hunter, that I can complete his copy of Ed Hunter in a week.
That's the game "Ed Hunter" I'm trying to finish...

I'm doing pretty well, actually. I'm gonna write a guide entry about it smiley - smiley

Sorry, don't know it! I think me + Irv have almost mutually exclusive zones, but I can just sit back in here and enjoy the conversation. smiley - smiley

I would like to take this opportunity to point out that the, er (cough) "brandy", was in fact flavoured syrup and is totally non alcoholic.

Unlike that served at the RK festivals.....

*Leaves a secret handshake behind the counter for Irving to find later*

Any way, (whistling nochalantly) we mostly get the RAF in our neck of the woods, trying desperately hard not to crash their Tornadoes and Harriers...

Suppose I ought to get the Ed Hunter article written up then.

Or you can ask the researcher named 'Ed Hunter' about it.
