~Greebo appears looking grumpy... she mutters to herself and sits down in a corner of the cafe..... ~

I STILL WANT MY COFFEE !!!!!
Don't think that by moving the site you will get rid of me.

*Pours coffee from machine on counter. Gives coffee to Livzy.*
Here ya go. Should tide you over until Irv can get you a fresh one.

Livzy, I'm quite certain I served you in the old forum -- perhaps your back was turned? Here, have another c(~).
Ted, the link under 5 busiest forums ALWAYS reads the name of the original title of the article, never the newer title. So the sign is stuck in the "Not Yet Open" position, though we've been serving for months now.
Greebo, what's wrong, kitty cat? *walks over, doughnut and milk in hand*

Just to show how much I know, I always thought Dick Van Dyke did a good Cockney accent...

At least it reminds all of the origins of Bluebottle, eh BB.

Asteroid Lil - Offstage Presence Posted Mar 6, 2000
All the antipodeans say Van Dyke is doing a flawed Aussie accent... Say Irv, I like the view over the forest from here -- adding a space needle to the cafe was such a good idea

Um... yes, wasn't it?
*worriedly tries to remember when he added a space needle to the café, as there's no denying it's there now!*

*Looks around in wonder as view is noticed for the first time*
Wow, look at all the tiny people down there.
*Makes mental note not to throw tea dregs out of window*

Irving Washington - Gone Writing Posted Mar 6, 2000
Well, Greebo, I hope that who ever is accusing you of bad things learns their lesson!
And no, I don't mind the ad, I didn't even know that there WAS an H2G2 film society!

*arrives panting*
Irv, old chap, now we're half-a-mile or so up in the air, any chance of a lift of some description?
And a cheeky little caramel jobbie, if it's not too much trouble.

GreeboTCat Posted Mar 7, 2000
~Greebo looks up from her frowning.. ~ Me knows a cheeky little caramel... he lives in a very hot place with lots of sand... he has a hump on his back to store water... he is very clever... his name is, You Bastard... hmmm... ~Greebo's frown deepens..~ Odd name that...

What's wrong, Greebs?
Who is accusing you of what? *sputters and runs in circles a few minutes to dispell rage, stops to look at Greebs expectantly*
Yes, that is an odd name.. but what are the accusations?
*hugs Greebo and curls up in her fur* Another mocha, please, Irv. Thanks.

Garius Lupus Posted Mar 7, 2000
I just checked it out - looks good I didn't vote though, because I have seen very few films in the last couple of years. Something about having a child seems to put a damper on entertainment. That kind of entertainment, anyway.

Vote for the lifetime acheivement award then, there are no restictions on that yet, this being the first award and all.

And anyone who doesn't vote for Kubrick will...
...well, they're letting Kubrick down.
