I still have the 'Fangs for the Memory' scene in my brain, from Count Duckula!

I do think it great shame that you were so deprived across the pond.
Did you see Captain Simian and the Space Monkeys, Mog? It's in a similar vein.

Yeah, well, on this side of the pond we had H & R Puffinstuff. And the stuff the creators of that show were puffing wasn't tobacco.

Hehehe, that link was posted on the website for the Guild I belong to in Star Wars:Galaxies! A couple of hours later I was logged into the game and a wookie went past in Mos Eisley called Bungle!
Michael Dorn did the voice for Captain Simian and the humour was very British looking back, perhaps that's why it didn't run for long. If it had been made over here, I reckon it would ranked up there with DM.

[Mog] Sorry, the only person I've even /heard/ of besides Dangermous was Michael Dorn.
[Dylan] And we have had, like, ZERO access to TV, either.

That episode of Rainbow is great!
Re: The names in Captain Pugwash: It's a fib. There were never any characters in the series with those names.

Wasn't there the books to go with the tv series with the inuendo? Or am I just making stuff up. Probably the second one.
I'm sure the makers of The Magic Roundabout weren't smoking tobbacco. And Dr. Seuss as well. You can't write something like that without being on drugs.
