*Gets up and unwinds the turban from her hair. Sneaks up behind Linus and snaps it a good one against his butt!*
HA!

Linus...42, i guess that makes me the answer... Posted Nov 14, 2000
OUCH !!!
*Gives Marie-rae a big ..... wonders if he should wait 'till she is dry....decides no, and throws her into the pool *
Back to the picnic??? :P...
mari-rae(tee reads: (entangled in cardboard boxes, please send tape...) Posted Nov 14, 2000
*Hangs on to Linus as she goes, and they both splash into the pool.*
*Drags herself out. Goes up to her room in the hotel and changes into her bathing suit and returns to the pool. Sits, dangling her feet in and hands Linus a Coopers.*
Truce, for the time being?
Back to the picnic??? :P...

::wonders if she's staring at a chocolate candy bar floating in the pool or...::
::feels queasy as she sits outside of the pool::
::nearly throws up, but Pierre comes to the edge of the pool::
Out of the way, PEE-Aire!!!

*Pulls her feet out of the champagne pool. Backs away from Dragonfly.*
Maybe we should get the elephants out of the pool.

Back to the picnic??? :P...
Linus...42, i guess that makes me the answer... Posted Nov 15, 2000

Back to the picnic??? :P...
mari-rae(tee reads: (entangled in cardboard boxes, please send tape...) Posted Nov 15, 2000
This is our normal rate of progression. Are our elephants DRUNK?
*Has finely noticed that the elephants are behaving a bit oddly. Emma is chasing her own tail and Jenny is standing on her head. Pierre is shaking his head and flapping his ears. Humungous is flat on his side and snoring. Thirsty is squirting Thirstier in the face and visa versa, and Nurse is scratching her back against a tree. She has uprooted the tree and is using it like a backscratcher.*
(who'd I miss???!)
Back to the picnic??? :P...
Linus...42, i guess that makes me the answer... Posted Nov 15, 2000
I don't know about the others but that is pretty standard behaviour for Thirsty and Thirstier...

*walks up to Jenny, looking confused*
Well, I've never seen her do this before, so I have to assume that she is in fact drunk. I suppose this pool is an elephant sized , all things considered.
*scratches her head, then Jenny's*
Anyone know how to sober up an elephant without being trampled?
G7
Back to the ELEPHANT TREK!??:P...
Dragonfly. "A poet can survive everything but a misprint"-- Oscar Wilde Posted Nov 16, 2000
Give her a coffee bath!?? I heard coffee is supposed to sober you up...
::gets anxious::
::dances around:: Can we go to Italy now!??
Back to the ELEPHANT TREK!??:P...
mari-rae(tee reads: (entangled in cardboard boxes, please send tape...) Posted Nov 16, 2000
I don't want to ride Emma just yet while she is in that condition.
*The hotel staff drains the pool, cleans and refills it with pure clean hygenic water. Mari-rae tucks her hair up under a bathing cap with a big plastic flower on the side and dives in. She proceeds to do laps. The elephants are sleeping it off under the shade of the remaining trees.*
Back to the ELLE ET PHANTE TREQUE!??:P...

A red streak flashes toward the pool. Marv in all his robes of office cannonballs into the pool.
