What is love?

I'll have you know that fried mars bars are not backwards, they're modern and forward thinking and...
*grins*
Hey you live in the backward bit of north that they come from!
What is love?
Neugen Amoeba Posted Dec 5, 2000
What's the advantage of frying mars bars as opposed to simply eating them in their native form?
What is love?
Cakewalker Posted Dec 5, 2000
What's the advantage of having hamburgers and fries as fast food instead of, say, cornish pasties?

What's the advantage of double-sided sticky tape over the normal kind?
*tries to look intellectual*

What's the sound of one hand clapping?
What's the meaning of life, universe and everything?
**me thinks we're off the subject.....again**

States the obvious, but it's a crispy coating over chocolate verses a none cripy coating over chocolate!
What is love?
Neugen Amoeba Posted Dec 6, 2000
The same can be achieved by putiing a mars bar in your pocket for a shor period of time, without the need to fry the thing.
"Is that a mars bar in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?"
What is love?
Tinkerbell *tumbleweed* Posted Dec 6, 2000
Well we knew you'd want to join in with the chocolate discussions
*claps with one hand*
Do you not take the Simpsons seriously?

Cakewalker Posted Dec 7, 2000
Does an eight fingered clap sound different to a ten fingered one?

Looks like chocolate ain't gonna yield any answers. Neither is the one hand clapping thing. I've tried it and all I got was a cramp.
Perhaps we should start with the compliment of love, namely what is not love?
Some people may immediatelly say hate, anger, and all those nasty things, but I say no. Or rather NOoOoOoOoOo!!!! I put it to you that the compliment of love is apathy, the lack of passion for anything, a total absence of desire. Well, at least that's my theory. What do all you learned beings think out there???????
What is love?

Honestly some people...
Besides the topic is not on undressing as I'm here to control things and if it started veering in that direction then I'd mention Jenson Button and Silverstone and instantly everyone would run off and hide before I launched into one of my stories
And the best dressing is hot chilli and pepper sauce on chicken though as a vegetarian I'm supposed to promote quorn at this point but still...
Anyway, as a completely unlearned person I take the opportunity to agree that the opposite of love would be indifference as it's the only concept which completely lacks emotion...
