Stick me down as a doubtful. I'll still sort out the afternoon Meet if necessary, but I'll need to 
whichever date is chosen as holiday, as they are all working Saturdays, and no-one is likely to swap a saturday for me.

Well, dependant on the Official date (some time in April?) you can put me down as possible to definite, the defininte will be whether I am working. If I'm not working I'll make it, whether there's money or not. Bout time I attended one of these things, I keep getting involved elsewhere or working or hacked off

I'll do the count on December 1st and declare the official date then.
Can I suggest a Spring Meet Tag? Could everyone subscribed to this thread pass the message onto someone who might not have heard about the meet yet. Ask them to vote if they have a date they'd prefer, or just to subscribe to A16619592 and wait for the update if the don't really mind.
I'm off to tag the Scottish researchers, the Dutch and the drool thread.

wow this is called forward planning! I don't even know what I'm doing for new year's eve yet, and already you're planning next year's meet!
I have no idea what's going to be happening in the spring of next year, excpet hopefully it'll be warming up.....So maybe I can make it...maybe I can't!
