A Super Furry Animal

42 is the traditional number!

Or you could do 21 and we'll award 2 points per question?

I've now got 13. How many points for each question does that make? I won't have time to do 42 before Saturday. smiley - wah

I've no idea if these are going to be difficult or easy either.

If I can get three questions for each subject that'll be the 21 questions suggested. smiley - biggrin

But I've got to stop now as I have some other stuff to do. Be back later!

Yep, but there's a reason for pubs making their quizzes drag on - people doing quizzes tend to buy various alcoholic goods from the bar for as long as the quiz goes on. Not that we'll need any encouragement on Saturday...

MMF - Keeper of Mustelids, with added P.M.A., is now in a relationship.

Btw, fellow researchers, may I remind you it is customary to wear name-badges at the Meets, for ease of identification, and so people can avoid each other smiley - evilgrin

No, I was only joking on that last one. It helps new researchers know who they are talking to, as it can be intimidating surrounded by lots of people having fun, who now each other, but they don't know anyone form Bob, Rupert or Nighthoover.

The badge can be of absolutely any design, and as we are all so creative, I'm sure there will be some great badges.

In fact, I have just decided to offer a prize to the best badge design seen on the night! (selecting committee to be decided)

That should inspire you all!!!

2legs - Hey, babe, take a walk on the wild side...

Yes, the evening meet (and the afternoon too for those of us going striaght to the pub)., is the Shakespere's head, high holborn, pretty much opposite and down a little from the tube station there... smiley - magic If your going to the afternoon meet you probably oughta contact MMF who's organising that half of things, or at least read the thread which is linked too from the main meet page about the afternoon meet, as I think that has the times and places where people are meeting up etc for it smiley - biggrin oo some of you travelling to London today then I guess? smiley - magic if anyone wants a contact telephone number and you've not got one, if you Email me at [email protected] with your mobile, then I will send a TXT to it identifying that its me, so you've a point of contact should it be needed.... I'll probably be in teh shakespere's head, with Roymondo from 3 PM Saturday, at the latest, I think... mainly because lookign at the trains from here, they're starting some kind of diversion part way through the afternoon so I'll ahve to get a slightly* earlier train in order to avoid diversionary tactics smiley - biggrin ooo excellent the quizz is written! smiley - applausesmiley - coolsmiley - cheers errr..... Can't help much on the printing side I don't think we've used our printer for years (tend to use lodgers work printers instead) smiley - blushsmiley - erm ooo and no problem signing up late either smiley - biggrin ; heck people can turn up unanounced if they like, its just good having a rough idea of how many we're expecting, as much as so we can keep a look out to make sure you've all made it to the right place smiley - biggrin

Right, here's the plan.

Park the car on Granville Road, but park it pointing up hill and away from Bramall Lane.

Go watch the Mighty Blades stuff Watford.

Leave Beautiful Downtown Bramall Lane at 10 to 5 and return to the car.

Blast it down the M1.

Turn off onto the M25 at junction 6a.

Leave the M25 at the Potters Bar turn off and take the A111 towards London.

Turn left on to the A110 at the Bramley Road roundabout.

Park up at Oakwood station and catch a Piccadilly Line train all the way to Holborn.

Arrive at pub around 8 to 8:30 pm smiley - ok
