Well anime is just animation, and manga is the japanese comic strips.

Really, HPB, it's a reasonable suggestion.
Most of the people who know nothing about the show *won't* be here in the Peer Review thread, but it's still important to take into account that they will make up the majority of your target audience if you want to be on the front page of h2g2.
In general, responding politely to suggestions can make a big difference in Peer Review -- you don't need to agree with every suggestion, but being polite is still a good thing. No one *has* to come here and make comments in your Peer Review thread -- they're doing it to help *you* get your entry into the Edited Guide. And many scouts are more interested in picking an entry if the author responded well to issues the scout raised in the PR thread.
