Right,
At the second time of trying, I think this is ready for peer review now.
I do not think I will make any significasnt changes to the text, However please feel free to make suggestions anyway.

It's a cracking good read, this.
And if Jimi X can write entries about his local golf courses, I see no reason why the Edited Guide shouldn't accept one on a local football team.
My only consternation is that it's very time-specific. If this is still in the Edited Guide this time next year, it will quite likely be a bit out-of-date. You'd need to keep an eye on it, and update it as appropriate and, as I've discussed elsewhere, our updating system for EG entries is not always the best.

I know, I have tried to make it as timeless as possible.
As we are a group of mates, it is unlikely that the playing staff will change all that much and Me and Rik intend to run the team for years to come. So any changes are likely to be superficial and cosmetic (the odd player changing from year to year). I suppose minor changes like that might not be too dificult every couple of years?
Anyhow thanks for the positive feedback I enjoyed writing the article !

OK - The Editors don't have much objection to minor changes being made through <./>Feedback-Editorial</.>, so that should be fine.
Are you sure Ralph Wiggum is a pyromaniac? I don't remember him setting fire to anything.

Yes, a leprachaun tells him to burn things in one episode. Also occasional references are made to this in other episodes, 'fraid I am a bit of a simpsons geek !

OK, I'm an amateur Simpsons geek, and I do remember said episode now you mention it.
I'm still not sure that it's the way most people would picture him, though.

Hmmm, I see your point but it is my personal fav. Ralph Wiggum thing; so it is going to stay in there.

I'm glad to see this in Peer Review again. I can't think of any major comments to say, although I think that the History section should be moved further up.

Going well - one thing that would really help the Sub-Ed out (assuming this gets picked, as I hope it will!) is if you could make all your GuideML tags upper (rather than lower) case. There's some sort of technical reason for this that's been explained to me, but I seem unable to remember the exact details...
Also, I think your stories would look good if put inside a tag.
By the way, a handy tip - if you use the Brunel skin to edit with, there are handy buttons at the top of the editing window that you can use to put in the GuideML tags semi-automatically - highlight a paragraph, click on a button and you'll see what I mean.

Is the format of the guide code better now?
