off to bed, I really dislike these 12 hour shifts 
no sooner than you get home you have to get to bed, just to get up and do another 
Still did good for my first shift on own

Ok, sounds fun, whatever a litho..... thingy is . sounds very geological, i go potholing and caving too, kinda similar. ther are lots of amonites and things in caves !!!!!! sorry.

Hi there air I love white water rafting, abseiling, rock climbing etc but I hated pe at school as they didn't have those things and who likes hockey?? I don't mind ping pong or badminton though or footie if i am in goal 
what about you and sports?
