uhh ... your shop is supposed to be on the Heroville Square page but not on the front page. The only thread that is meant to be specifically mentioned on the front page is the Inn of the Silvery Sword, which is a nexus of sorts ... I'll look into it
Sir Jeff is now fully fifteen minutes late.
[Gandark] What could be taking him so long?

: Oh did I say "front." : Whatta doofus I've been.
[Sharp]: " 'Ey Gan, I sure hope that that doesn't mean... - I mean, you-don't-think-he is being held up by s or anything like that?"

[Sharp]: "Hey, you notice the black-ish reflective shield I found? It doesn't seem to be any sort of a item I don't think,-but -A shield-is-a-shield, no?"

[Gandark] You got that from the undead? I'd be very careful messing around with their equipment if I were you ...

Indeed, Sir Jeff is being detained, not by anything dangerous however ... when four people have arrived who are interested in questing he will arrive and we can begin

: Never a dull moment, eh? ... .
[Sharp]: (thinks): (self pityingly but only in a joking manner): How come there never seems to be any treasure for Sharp?
"Well..., not exactly off of them. Not the 'living' undead either, if that's what you'd call them. it wasn't stealing really. Vikings and nomadic raiders do it all the time. It's just part of the spoils of war."
"... .Right."
*ditches the chest-plate & the shield.*
"What the? They're disintegrating! It's a good thing I got rid of them when I did, or maybe I would have too."

[Gandark] Well, you see ... grave robbing isn't usually dangerous ... but taking weapons used by the undead is ... well that's really dangerous, you know?

dude, i didn't command you to be rid of them or anything ... just explained what undead armor is. what did you expect, taking armor from dead people?

Thorn Posted Nov 1, 2005
: I'm having Sharp *privately-bawl like an idiot (inside his head)* just to be funny about it. Y'know, 'instead of being overall happy that he wasn't simply disintegrated along w/the cursed 'undead-armor.'

[Feohleas] Decides that after all the antics at the Inn - she didn't even get the chance to rent a room and freshen up! - it might be more pleasant to take a stroll around town and do a little sight-seeing.
Naturally, the imposing facade of the Cathedral would be a lure to any tourists in the area and, predictably, Fe finds herself drawn to the impressive edifice.
Will be most happy to join in any quest, should there be one going

: It just did. Then and there, when I had him throw it off in disgust @ being weakling enough to get 'suckered' under the influence of an "ill-omened" undead-armor set...

it's best if you'd post your character's info when you join a thread like this:
(Female Elven Shadow Elementalist Feohleas)
My character is:
(Male Lightning Halfling Wizard Gandark)
[Gandark] Hello there! *stops whittling for a bit to talk to newcomer) What's your name?

[Female Elven Shadow Elementalist Feohleas]
*Stops walking abruptly as Gandark speaks, since she hadn't been looking where she was going and would have tripped over him within the next few paces*
"Good day, master wizard. My name is Feohleas, and I am recently come to this town. This cathedral is such an impressive building that I could not resist a visit to get a closer look.
However, I really should check through my inventory and stock up on some things, could you recommend a place that I may be able to procure some good tea and brewing equipment, and other useful herbs?"
Thanks for the pointer about posting character info at the beginning of a message. If I wanted to buy stuff from the store, how much money do I have available as a new starter? Or can I just claim to be a millionaire

"I am one of the 2 co-owners of said shop of which good-sir/my fellow mage speaks..."
