Got it!

Humphrey Bogart in "The Caine Mutiny" smiley - biggrin

(I'm ashamed.....I should have known that right off the bat)

The 10P one is still an unknown, though.

OK, more help for the 10ps quote:

North of the Border
Big-time star in a cameo role
Film has the same name as a Springsteen song

Any more help for the Good and Evil one Duncan (unless I was right with the Tin Man?)

I've just re-read the last message I posetd and I think I should make it clear that the quote does not come from the big-time star in the cameo role, that was just something I put in to try and help you identify the film.

Sudden inspiration strikes (but if I'm wrong again, then please just tell me what the answer is): Is it Merlin in Exclaibur?

That's it!!

But can you name the actor? ( without looking it up first? )

I should have known it much sooner - that's one of my favourite films. I obviously haven't watched it enough. As for the actors name, I know I know it but I can't place it. I am going to have to look it up...

oh yeah. Nicol Williamson. Doh again!

Any luck with the 10p quote, yet though?

Ayup....you got it. That was an easy one.

Try this one:

"All love is unrequited, Stephen. All of it."

In all fairness, that is not from a movie, but a T.V. series.

Is it a UK or US TV series? If US, would it have been shown in the UK?

Another quote from the 10p film, to help you narrow it down:

"I have a facility with languages"

It is a US series, but it was shown in the UK ( pretty popular, too, from what I understand ).

I guess I should pick an actual movie quote, and just leave that one on the back burner.

Try this:

"I'm giving you a lift home. Ya falla?" ( Sort of an Irish accent there )

I have no idea with the latest film one, but that TV series is bugging me. Is it a recent series, or one from a few years ago?

The series reached it's conclusion about 1 1/2 years ago after a 5 year run.
