While there are young men and boys in many parts of the globe undergoing risky and unnecessary surgery in the name of cultural ignorance, tradition, fashion, sexism, perverse religious concepts of purity and stupidity under non-clinical unsanitary conditions that constitute torture in western minds, there are young
men and boys in many other parts of the globe undergoing risky and unnecessary surgery in the name of cultural ignorance, fashion and sexual perversion under exemplary clinical and sanitary conditions and even paying for the privilege of emerging scathed.
