h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I've decided that I want to a page where people or aliens, animals etc etc can post to.

So first of all we need a place, so I've decided that it shall be a wooodland. Strangely there shall be tree's and lots of them but there is also a lovely clear space that is coveed in emerald green grass.

Please feel free to add different places to this entry. You can do what you like here. so if you want to get rid of some frustration please feel free to fight one of the trees. But please be careful some fight back. There are special areas for every thing that you want to do.

If you just want to chat introduce this page to your friends and have a quiet chat. Careful some of the cute little buny rabbits like to have a convestaion as well. Beware if you go walking, not everything is as it seems.

Dotted around the palce are portals to wolrds that you can create. In some of them space battles rage, in others there are dinosaurs.

So to clarify This journal Post is for people to meet up and well, do what the hell they like.

But this is the most important part, do not deliberately upset people or be rude.

*Creature, with two wings and two legs, appears in the middle of blue grass*

*Looks astonished*

How did I get here? There I was, happily eating my midday meal, and suddenly I find myself mysteriously transported to this place.

*Looks around and sees the two purple suns sinking below the horizon, creating strangely beautiful shadows.*

On second thoughts, this doesn't look too bad. Maybe I'll stick around for a while.

*Wanders off in search of other life forms.*

*A great Eagle soars above the meadow. It circles it and finds a place to land. Once on the ground, it Shapeshifts into Aximili, who looks for a nice place to relax.*

Try the recliners by the trees.

*Sees Aximili and wanders over*

Aha, another person. I offer you greetings from...well, myself. Shall we sit in the recliners and watch the sunset, or shall we go and search for mystery and adventure?

*Aximili bows low to Pegasus*

Greetings. Adventure sounds interesting, if you are of a similar mind to myself*

*Pegasus courteously returns bow to Aximili*

Excellent. Lead on, Aximili. Let us wander this land in search of excitement.

*Pingu wanders over to join Axi and Pegasus*
Can I join you two in this fantastical, mystical adventure?

Pingu, hello! *Shakes Pingu's hand in greeting*

Only three of us off to explore this place? Oh well, maybe we'll meet some others as we wander.

I think I see mist curling around the bottom of mountains in the distance. Does anyone else think that heading towards them sounds like a good idea?

*A winged creature, golden in the sunlight, descends on the vast grassy plain. Its eyes are sharp and beady and its tail curls round in recognition of other life-forms*

Greetings, strangers. Tell me what you know of this place in which I have come to rest, if you would be so kind...?

Regrettably, my friend, you seem to know as much of this place as we do.
Would you care to accompany us on our little adventure? I believe our destination is those mountains over there

Anyway forth to the mountains sounds like an excellent idea!

*walks towards the mountains carefully avoiding the big hole in the ground*

*Examines the hole*

How did this get here? Fascinating...

*Pegasus cautiously peers into hole in the ground, then retreats quickly as a loud growl comes from deep below*

Oops, I think I disturbed something in there. Maybe we should move on before we find out if it can get out of the hole.

*Follows Pingu at a slightly faster pace, bumping into Aximili and mad-hatter on the way*

Sorry, I'm a bit rattled by that growl.

I wonder what it is...

*Moves a little closer to the hole*

What sort of a crazy person are you? Who goes closer to a place where a terrifying growl comes from?

*Stops walking away and returns to hole, but cowers behind Aximili*

On the other hand, it might be interesting. Feel free to investigate. I'll be right behind you. Literally.

I'm the sort of craz person who is good to hide behind And I also go closer to a place where a terrifying growl is being made because I want to find out what's making it. just a minute. It might be a Dragon. This is going to take some specialist kit. Where's my bag?

A Dragon. Sounds interesting. *Trembles in fear behind Aximili* *Looks embarassed* Anyone else think that it's cold here? No? Just me shivering then.

As for your bag, I have no idea where that is, but, *Points towards large, yellow rock just to the right of Aximili* you wouldn't believe what you find behind rocks these days.

*Goes to the rock and lo and behold! finds his bag behind it. This is odd because it is also on his back, where he forgot it was. Examination shows that the contents are also exactly the same. After some rummaging, he produces two large sticks*

A-HA!!! found 'em! Know what these are?

Careful, that beast may be a Weredragon.I'm not quite sure what they are, but if you manage to tame one they supposedly make great pets. If they don't make great pets then you'll know what it's like to be burned alive!

And what on earth are the two sticks for?
