I assume it's just a circulation things, since I normally don't have cold hands and feet either and do now. So just making sure I get extra iron now.
I'd say it should all be over by Christmas, but that would mean four years and the involvement of many nations

Don't forget if you're taking iron you need the Vitamin C and something to make you... ahem... go.

I'm slaughtering a pomelo for the vitamin C
But thought the iron would be a good idea, especially as said facts of biology happen more often than they should. (Sorry if that's TMI )

you may experience involuntary muscle spasms in your sleep that will leave you with soare muscles during the day. i would not worry about them, they usually go away after a few days
