Although come to think of it, I don't remember commenting on your Syphilis entry while it was in PR, although I do remember talking to you about it when you were first starting it.
Have you decided what your next STI entry will be?

Hi, Mikey! I just wanted to drop you a note to say...
You rock. In the sense that you sit in an amazing antique chair and go back and forth.
By Pac NW, are you also including us ignored Alaskans?

Yup -- if you look at A537428, you will see that we have a section for Alaska and everything! Tell me whereabouts in Alaska you are, and I'll add you in!
The only bits of Alaska I've seen are Seward and Anchorage, but I have friends at work who travel to Bethel pretty frequently.

I'm sorta lying. I live in Alaska, sometimes, but at the moment I'm in Edinburgh. But my mom lives in Wasilla, and my brother lives in Anchorage. There's not really much else to Alaska.
*ducks as real Alaskans attack*
However, I consider myself an Alaskan as I've enjoyed several earthquakes. Oooooh yeah!
And I lived in Lakewood, WA for 7 years. So I think I sorta count as PacNW.
And my dad lives in Des Moines, WA. I love the I-5 Corridor and ll of it's little towns.. See, now I'm getting homesick...

Just realised, you've got me listed as Anchorage, and you've got my entry on Anchorage listed.
You should also put my entry on moose on the page. A555617

Hi, Mikey! I just wanted to drop you a note to say...Your page is really, really good! I'm currently the computer language equivolent of an Englishman in France, speaking louder and condescendingly to the locals because they have the audacity not to speak English, but this page has given me something to aspire to!
Hi, Mikey!
Mikey the Humming Mouse - A3938628 Learn More About the Edited Guide! Posted Apr 19, 2005
Hi Xwards, Hi Pixel! Thanks to you both!!!!
Now, does anyone feel like telling me why it feels so incredibly EARLY in the morning at 10am?
Mikey
Hi, Mikey!
Xwards Posted Apr 19, 2005
It depends on your perspective. If you go to bed around five am, it is pretty reasonable to feel that ten is early.
I stayed awake for four days once to see what would happen. Your perception of 'early' and 'late' gets deconstructed into 'food' and 'activity' time, the colour of the sky is immaterial...

Because people still have that fresh and scrubbed look and there seem to be so many hours left of the day? When it's say 3pm it's safer because people are starting to look a bit grimy and have eaten proper food and possibly a snack...
Perhaps this was only a proper people question though and I should get a slap on the wrist for rootling through random conversations

Hi, Mikey! I just wanted to drop you a note to say... " Is she like? one of the high people?...>>>Lots of chuckles, and then a laugh from me,and I answered.."of course she is!! look at this site!! That was a quick conversation I had with my 11 year old daughter as she waited patiently to get back on the puter while Dad checked if his first attempt at an entry had been looked at(by echomikeromeo as it turns out) Anyway Echo is a busy lass doing a lot of stuff and I have decided to wipe my entry anyway. Just thought I would let you in on a laugh enjoyed by us. "One of the high people"!! I like that and I hope you like the nomination as a member of the...."high people!"..cheers

I could go on and on about the Wycliff entry but suffice it to say that. "Morningstar of the reformation", yes he was called this. While he was not the first ever to attack the pope and his power, he did it with erudition and consistancy.
The real irony is that all of these reformers would have prefered the catholic church to have accepted the reform so they could stay within its organization. Even Luther. They loved the church and only wanted to improve it.
But human organizations have this tendency to become rigid and unable to change after enough years. There were heresies that violated the essential Christian orthodoxy, and I am glad to see them gone. So much of what you see in the Catholic church today is the result of defensive measures against good quality (spiritually gifted people) who sincerely disagree with some of the traditions not the scripture of Chrisitianity.
