Three cheers for the Moderators!

Hurrah for the Moderators! I edited my Space earlier today and they failed it on a broken URL to the Special Constabulary forum - which is all well and good, because the URL has changed, and to be left with a broken link on my Space... how embarrassing. To think I didn't change it earlier!
So thankyou Moderators for alerting me to it!
Also, previewing this I noticed that the post time was shown as "Soon" - nice touch!
Very Happy MaW

Time seems to be slipping through my fingers again. Revision is necessary of course, but it seems to go so slowly and take up so much time I'd far rather be using to enjoy myself. In the mean time, the necessities of life - food, shopping and h2g2 - continue to demand my attention.
I've been looking forward to the exams since the group projects got into full swing, but now they're over, I'm looking forward to after the exams even more.

Today, two good things have happened (so far) - my replacement monitor came, so I can at last get down to some decent coding, and the new Mediaeval Baebes album "The Rose" has arrived. It's superb!

Things are looking up. A bit.

Exam Results!

Got some exam results yesterday! I only took five modules last semester (the group project doesn't really count because it spans both this semester and last semester) and one of those hasn't been marked yet, but the marks I have are...
Computer Communications and Networking (G52CCN): 69%
Algorithms and Data Structures (G52ADS): 64%
Computer Graphics (G5BGRA): 63%
Database Systems (G52DBS): 77%
Which makes an average of just over 68%, which isn't bad really... if I'm very lucky and the mark for Professionalism, Ethical and Quality Issues (G52PQI) is decent, I might just be able to tweak up over 70%, which is a first instead of a 2:1... however, I find this unlikely because PQI was one of those modules you just flounder through and continually wonder why you have to do it.
