I'm feelin kinda great this mornin - just realised I've had no booze all week (since sunday) and don't think i'm going to have anything til sat night when we go to a friends - we have been overdoing it lately & need to get it sorted!! Also had no choccy or crisps!!

I am having a beer today with a colleague made redundant and it's his last day. He's feeling a little mixed emotionally. I thought the company name ran through my veins but now it's a distant memory even after 35 years. I will reassure him

I was worried too but it seems that it may have been a little hasty as he has never got back to me

No, he mentioned going to see her after his eye op which is today.
When he said "I can't post on here" I was worried as the news has dried up. Haven't heard from jrc for a while.

Can't shift the lurgy, I think it has taken up residence!!!!!

Thought I would just pop in yesterday and tidy a few things up then give myself a long weekend to recover....no such luck. Poo hit the fan in a major way and it took me all day on the phone with an ailing voice to put it right!!!

I could do with not talking for a good fews days the voice is so strined!! I am sure the kids will agree! well CFH will son mk1 has returned to uni!!!

Still the plan today is to drift off to see clients about lunchtime......AND NOT COME BACK!!!!!

I know - we have really overindulged at the weekend (i know i know that doesn't exist in scooby land!) & really made us think that we shouldn't be drinking as much as we are - what's the point in training then un-doing all the good we've done!!

And i want a tattoo on my side so need to get midriff all toned up!! OH is getting one on his forearm my name in chinese
