Good LORD at the PEOPLE!!!!

I've been skimmin' around here for a day or two. It's been a while since I was here, so yesterday I was curious. How many on line here RIGHT NOW?
1976.
I had to run that through my brain s-l-o-w-l-y.
One thousand nine hundred and seventy six.
I remember when 76 would have been a crowd! I thought I might see someone I knew amoung the list.....but I didn't have time to scroll through 1976 names!
I figured I'd add a Journal Entry with my thoughts on the subject, but the servers were so busy I couldn't.
I think DNA would be happy.

Thought I'd check in and see whats' goin' on here......Damn cobwebs are out of hand!
Guess I ought to clean this place up now and then.
Seems H2G2 is purring along quite nicely. Must say, I am too. Lifes' better, works' slowed a bit and lovelife is looking up.

Almost Normal

Yeah....I'm beginning to feel almost normal. Well, as close as someone who is "FairlyStrange" can. I'm finding I can deal with single life better than I thought. No.....no lady friends yet, but its' not time for that yet.
I was coached through my first bout with divorced life by a wise young lady. She told me not to look for a relationship for at least two years. I took her advice and Monsy and I enjoyed a near 13 year marriage. I hate that it ended, but some would call it very successful.
I understand my "mentors" reasoning now better than I did then. I need time to recover who I am......not as part of a team but just as myself. Solo. Its' comming. I feel it.
A part of me still misses what was, but another part greets each morning with an anticipation of what can be. A mystery, of sorts, that I haven't experienced in a very long time.
Heres' to all the yesterdays, for only yesterdays can produce tomorrow.

Must say, kinda' nice to be back. Been, shall I say, an interesting year (to say the least).
The big news is Monsy and I have parted company. Not to worry, it has been an amicable divorce. At least there is that part that is good. It was bad enough to lose her as a wife, I'd find it tragic to lose her friendship as well.
While you're out and about, trot over to Monsys' page. Check the link in her intro on the word "ex-husband"........thanx Monsy!!!!LOL
Now, if I can just remember how to edit my page. I got a few cobbwebbs to clear. If I know me I'll burn the room down cleanimg them out.

If it hadn't been for the desire to keep the infamous NM alive, I'd just have registered as a "new member"......I think it would have been easier!
