They sometimes are.
I wrote a sci-fi novel about a guy who was a poor speller in a dyslexic time machine. He never ever went where he wanted to go.

I have had a great day, been out in my workshop with my dogs, making stuff out of reclaimed pallets, a coffee table in fact, a rather nice coffee table with a dimond pattern top! I will have to oil the project but thats for tomorrow, then i mended the draws which live under the kitchen table top, used my dovetail cutter jig for that and will oil then tomorrow to!
and now for a nice tea!
