The closest one I know of is Amy Pawloski, and she's not particularly close.
Granny Weatherwax used to be somewhere close [Berkeley?], but I could well be wrong. Frankly, I think that good public transportation like Bay Area Rapid Transit [BART] shrinks distances. They have a station not too far from WS's area.

I have just sat down after fixing the the bath room all day, its now dry and not leaking, just one small drip in the most difficult position, had too remove the bath and then the shower tray and the bog and the other washing bog and half of the floor to boot, pheeeeeewwwwwwwyou

I usually go out for lunch, but even my favorite Vietnamese and Indian restaurants are playing Xmas music.
